The Annoying Kurzick Supplies Quest in Fernsdale
If you talk to Supplymaster Konrad and take the supplies, then drop them, he never stops beeping your freakin' map. It gets annoying, fast.

You seem to be able to do most quests outside of towns multiple times. Why I have no idea of.

Erm, is that not just the normal blue "blip" that happens when you drop a carryable quest item?
Ex. Scepter of Orr in Riverside, gear lever in frost gate, etc? |

Even if you talk to the guy (some noob in your PUG is always going to talk to the guy since he's right outside the portal), and don't want to do the quest, you still get the constant beeps. It's not like that zone is short either. ANet just needs to change it so the guy shuts the heck up after a bit. I wish you could attack him or something and forcefully shut him up. LOL.

Also, if you complete the quest and want to travel to a zone, the quest is gone...
